Judging Criteria Overview

The judging panel will evaluate each nomination based on the following criteria. Each criterion is scored on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest possible score. Nominees with the highest cumulative score will be considered for the award.

1. Leadership and Vision (10 Points)
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead an organization or industry.
  • Clear articulation of a strategic vision that has driven business growth or industry innovation.
  • Evidence of effective decision-making and management that has positively impacted the business or community.

  • Introduction of new ideas, technologies, or business models that have transformed the industry.
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to market trends and changes.
  • Successful implementation of innovative practices that have led to measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, or customer satisfaction.

  • Positive contribution to the economic development of Asia and/or Africa.

Judging Process

Initial Review:

All nominations will be screened to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Nominations that pass this stage will be forwarded to the judging panel.

Scoring:

Each judge will independently review and score the nominations based on the judging criteria.

Deliberation:

The judging panel will meet to discuss the top-scoring nominations and make final decisions on award recipients.

Final Decision:

The award winners will be announced at the Asia Africa CEO Club Awards Ceremony.
